Before joining Good Luck 3:

I resonated with the vision of "Creating 100 Sony and Honda-like companies" and joined Dream Incubator as a new graduate. Being part of a growing company, I gained diverse experiences, including management consulting for large corporations, venture investments, incubation, and launching new businesses. I went through both small successes and numerous failures, which strengthened me mentally and physically.

Drawing from those experiences, I decided to create a development studio in Fukuoka where many eccentric and unique individuals, including myself, could work happily. My goal is to produce entertainment that brings joy to people all over the world from Kyushu. I find this life wonderful, and every day, I diligently build upon small achievements.

Now, at Good Luck 3:

Good Luck 3 is a company where creators take center stage. My mission is to do everything possible to create an environment where creators can shine. Every day, exciting things happen, and the unpredictability of what tomorrow brings is what makes Good Luck 3 so enjoyable. If you want to create entertainment that will be cherished by people all around the world and passed down to future generations, let's work together! I will do my best to be of help.

Future aspirations:

I aim to lead Good Luck 3's global expansion efforts. I admire the way Akio Morita promoted Transistor Radios and Walkmans worldwide, and I aspire to a similar path. If you share this sentiment, let's work together!

Good Luck 3 will continue to be a lean and robust organization, striking a balance between the intensity of work and the daily enjoyment of life.

Recommended Books:

  • "TQ: The Ultimate Time Management for Finding Inner Peace" by Hiram W. Smith: This book, recommended to me when I was around 20 years old, significantly influenced my life by helping me confront my values. I recommend it to those who are unsure about life's direction.

  • "Why Do We Walk the Path of Management?" by Hiroshi Tasaka: I encountered this book when I became a manager and faced problems I couldn't solve on my own. It was the first business book that moved me to tears. If you want to understand what it means to be a manager and delve deeper into the subject, I recommend it.
